My first concert in Mumbai was a very memorable one. It was offered at the feet of Lord Balaji at the Kurla Balaji Mandir, the premises of GSB Sabha KCG. The concert was arranged through generous sponsorship of numerous listeners of Radio Idli website, to whom I shall be ever grateful. The performance had devotional songs in Marathi as well as Kannada and was widely appreciated.ย I am glad to share here, the live recordings of theย songs and photographs of the event.
I had the graceful accompaniment of Shri Kiran Kamath on the harmonium, Sushant Mallya on Tabla, Raghavendra Mallya on Pakhawaj, K. Ramachandra Pai on Taal, and Santosh “Madhav” Kudva as the compere.
